Shipping Associate – Direct Hire

Currently looking for skilled individuals to fill Direct-Hire Shipping Associate openings with a company in Hamel, MN. Interested candidates should have Shipping experience in a manufacturing environment, excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Shipping Associate Job Description:
- Package and ship orders per customer requirements and company policies and procedures
- Utilize company computer system and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Ship prepared orders in a timely manner
- Communicate verbally and in writing with company personnel and others
- Assist in other areas as needed
Shipping Associate Job Requirements:
- High school education or equivalent
- Shipping experience in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required
- Intermediate Computer skills – Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel)
- Ability to work accurately with numbers and instructions
- Ability to work in both individually and in a team environment
- Displays a positive “can-do” attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow on the job
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with Team Members
The starting salary for the Shipping Associate position is $19 to $21 per hour DOE.
Monday – Friday 9:00am-5:30pm
Tuesday – Friday 7:00am-5:30pm
